Information we collect

When you submit the priority-list form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• Your residence-type preference (one-, two-, or three-bedroom)
• Whether you'd like to be notified about furnished options
• Your preferred follow-up method and SMS/email consent acknowledgments
• Source attribution (UTM parameters and the referrer URL, if present) and a timestamp

From your visit to this site, we collect technical, non-identifying information such as approximate location, browser, and device class derived from request headers, plus aggregated page-view data used to improve the site's performance.

How we use it

We use this information to send you leasing updates, residence previews, and private availability conversations as Bayside Sarasota moves toward opening, to respond to inquiries you initiate, and to improve the site in aggregate. We send communications only on the channels you consent to (email, phone, or SMS). You can withdraw consent at any time using the methods described in Your rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights.

Who we share it with

We share submitted contact information with a third-party leasing CRM provider, which processes the information on our behalf to deliver communications you have consented to receive. That provider is contractually limited to processing this information for Bayside Sarasota's leasing program.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights

If you are a Florida consumer, you have the right under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete your personal information
• Obtain a portable copy of your personal information
• Opt out of the processing of your personal information for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling

SMS and email communications

If you check the consent box on the priority-list form, you may receive recurring marketing communications about Bayside Sarasota. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

How long we keep it

We retain priority-list submissions for the duration of the preleasing program and for a reasonable period afterward to support leasing conversations and required record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time using the contact methods above.

Children

This site and the priority-list form are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
